Shine Bright: How To Have Your Radiant Full Life in 2012
Monday, 19 December 2011 14:15

full_lifeIt is a perfect time to get really intentional about what you'd like to bring into your life.  The more specific you can be the better.  At  3.am yesterday morning, the Radiant Full Life Framework came to me as practical seasonal message to ensure your light livelihood for the coming year.  Traditions around the world including Chanukah,  Diwali, Yule and Christmas celebrate the bringing of light into the darkness and the warmth of gathering community and giving.  Here in the Southern hemisphere, the 22nd December is the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year and an outstanding time to acknowledge and celebrate the achievements and meaningful moments of the year.  With your grateful acknowledgements taken care of,  the new moon coming in on the 25th December is a potent time to plan and language your desired outcomes in all areas of your life. Season-of-Light

I've devised a simple structure, yet stellar!  Distilling the essential elements of a full life for you.  It's all mapped out in sections, so all you have to do is  schedule time and space to ponder, and set down your clear intentions in each clearly defined segment.  You'll also find 5 key principles and 5 core questions to apply for your success.   Here are your five main categories:

  • Resilience Radiant_Full_Life_Framework
  • Relationships
  • Reach
  • Reward
  • Relaxation

These are the four fingers and thumb of being together feeding a palm of Radiance, or the five points of your illuminating Star.

Identify your Radiant Full Life Framework in one of two ways:

  1. See your framework s the hand that leads you forward, the hand that gives value and receives the results you want or
  2. imagine the Radiant Full Life Framework as a Star that guides your course as your most outstanding year progresses.

Now that you have the overview, here's the detail you need to cover to have an extraordinary 2012. Take each of the subcategories and specify what you would like to occur in positive terms.  (for example: It's June 30th, the keys to my new home on Sunshine beach are in my hands. I'm fit,  filled with vitality and enjoying a full client list of motivated, inspirational people committed as I am to transformation, on individual, local and global levels. )  Note: Intentions set to fulfil the expectations of others simply aren't congruent or sustainable in the long run.   Make sure you're identifying what you want, and the commitment is true for you.

1. Resilience (your Thumb) divides into:

healthHealth

  •         Mental
  •         Emotional
  •         Physical
  •         Spiritual

Include in each of these areas your commitments to:

  1. Practice  (Fitness)
  2. Attitude (Mindset)
  3. Nourishment (Diet)

2. Relationships (your pointing finger) divides into:relationships

  •     The Divine
  •     Personal Primary/ Intimate
  •     Family

4. Reward  (your fourth finger) divides into:moneybag

    Adventure
    Travel
    Fun
    Toys
    Hobbies

6. Radiance (the five-pointed star in the palm of your hand containing all of the above in dynamic relation to each other) . How bright you shine will depend on how you attend to the detail in each of the 5 Full Life Categories.

Apply these key principles to each of your aims to ensure your success.

1. When you write or speak your intention, be sure it's an achievable, ecological and maintainable goal.
2. Give a sensory based description of what it is you'd like to achieve and the steps you need to get there. (I feel the  sea-breeze on my cheeks, and my heart beats a can-can of delight as I hold the smooth cover of my book in my hand and feel it's weight. I'm filled with tingling gratitude as I will the messages in it's pages to seek and find those who will most benefit.)
3. Remember there is always more than one way of getting a fantastic outcome.
4. Make sure your objective increases choice.
5. Make your first step really doable and clear in each of full life categories to ensure you are living into your radiant potential in every moment.

Now ask yourself:resilience_tree_health

  1. What didn't work from this year that I don't want to repeat?
  2. What worked from this year that I want more of?
  3. What are the new resources I require to make  2012 my best year yet?
  4. Who do I need to bring into my world in order for my intentions to become my reality?
  5. Who do I need to be right now to bring in my fullest life?

Shine bright in 2012.
