A Future Pace is a visualization process to practice, install and anchor desirable behaviours, skills and resources. It is a powerful Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) technique, to lock in transformation so that you can pace, with the change in tact – into the future!
The Great Fun Future Pace Pack consists of 30 words of Time (blue cards), 30 Bonus words (orange cards) and 70 Desired Resources (purple cards) (You don't have to think, or worry about a thing – it's all there for you to simply assemble and deliver). The Great Fun Future Pace Pack is a hands on, playing system designed specifically so that you can boost your confidence with all the structure and words laid out.
Instructions:
Select 3 words of Time. Put them in order horizontally, with the word representing the time closest to the present, first and the word in the most distant future third. The remaining word in the middle position.
Gather 9 resources. Lay 3 sets of 3 desired resource cards (purple cards) beneath each Word of Time (Blue Cards). These are the nominalizations for you to weave into your future pace at each position of Time.
Pick 1, 2 or 3 bonus words and include these in your future pace.
Eg: As you wake tomorrow, you are filled with a sense of vitality, trust and patience, reminding you that the resources you need are already within. By Saturday you celebrate your skillfulness, tenacity and calm, motivated by your sensational creations. In three months time your increasing knowledge, compassion and resilience has created huge abundance that inspires others.
